Refund policy
Please Note:
- For all disputes related to "damage/different product received," it is mandatory to provide images and Unboxing Video of Parcel.
- Disputes concerning "damage/different product received" must be submitted to United Crafts within 7 Days of order receipt.
- Exchange requests should be communicated to United Crafts within 7 days of order receipt; beyond this period, no requests will be processed.
- If the received item is "different (color or size)," we will refund or replace it Immediately.
- In the case of a "damaged or defective" item, clear pictures of the received order along with the invoice must be shared.
- For "missing parts or product delivered," we will resend the missing quantity or parts upon raising the request.
- Returns/refunds are accepted for All orders. When returning, please wrap the product in its original packaging to prevent in-route damage.
- If the customer rejects the order, COD and Coupons will be Blocked for the Future orders.
- Exchange orders must be in the original packaging and unused.
