Refund policy

Please Note:

  1. For all disputes related to "damage/different product received," it is mandatory to provide images and Unboxing Video of Parcel.
  2. Disputes concerning "damage/different product received" must be submitted to United Crafts within 7 Days of order receipt.
  3. Exchange requests should be communicated to United Crafts within 7 days of order receipt; beyond this period, no requests will be processed.
  4. If the received item is "different (color or size)," we will refund or replace it Immediately.
  5. In the case of a "damaged or defective" item, clear pictures of the received order along with the invoice must be shared.
  6. For "missing parts or product delivered," we will resend the missing quantity or parts upon raising the request.
  7. Returns/refunds are accepted for All orders. When returning, please wrap the product in its original packaging to prevent in-route damage.
  8. If the customer rejects the order, COD and Coupons will be Blocked for the Future orders.
  9. Exchange orders must be in the original packaging and unused.
